Decessi, trasporti, sepolture, cremazione ecc.

Orario sportelli

• Da lunedì - a venerdì dalle 09.00 alle 12.30
• Sabato dalle 09.00 alle 11.30
• Martedì e giovedì dalle 14.30 alle 17.00

Tumulazioni in loculo

• Presso i cimiteri cittadini di Cirie' e Devesi sono attualmente disponibili cellette (cinerari e ossari) da assegnare in concessione.
• Le tariffe sono indicate nel prospetto allegato.
• I loculi vengono assegnati al momento del decesso, con possibilità di averne due vicini (uno per il defunto e uno per il coniuge o convivente, purchè viventi. Il loculo per il vivente ha una tariffa di concessione maggiorata).
• Le assegnazioni di loculi a favore di persone viventi, avvengono previo Avviso Pubblico, debitamente pubblicizzato su questo sito, nella sezione "News del Comune".
• Le concessioni dei loculi hanno la durata di 60 anni (40 per gli ossari). Per informazioni rivolgersi all'Ufficio dello Stato Civile.
• Chi intendesse retrocedere al Comune un loculo, ossario, cinerario non utilizzato, ricevera' come corrispettivo una somma variabile a seconda che il medesimo sia stato o meno utilizzato.

Sepolture in terra

• Il seppellimento in terra è riservato a chi sia morto a Ciriè o vi abbia avuto la residenza anche per brevi periodi, o si trovi già nel cimitero.
• Le salme restano sepolte nei campi comuni per almeno 20 anni. Successivamente, in concomitanza con lo spianamento del campo da parte del Comune, i familiari possono richiedere il recupero dei resti per la tumulazione in celletta-ossario. Gli spianamenti dei campi sono sempre pubblicizzati con debito anticipo attraverso cartelli affissi nel cimitero.

Cremazione

• La cremazione è autorizzata dal Sindaco del Comune di decesso, in presenza di:
• volontà espressa dal defunto attraverso un testamento;
• oppure, volonta' espressa dal coniuge (o in assenza del coniuge, del parente piu' prossimo);
• oppure, per chi in vita era iscritto ad una Associazione di cremazione, e' sufficiente una dichiarazione sottoscritta in vita dal defunto, convalidata dal Presidente della Associazione.

• In Ciriè è possibile ottenere l'affido delle ceneri in abitazione, e anche la dispersione delle ceneri in apposita area cimiteriale.

Esumazioni ed estumazioni

Vanno concordate con l'ufficio di Stato Civile sono soggette al pagamento di una tariffa al Comune (la tariffa comprende tutto il servizio, esclusa la scritta del nome sulla lapide).

Deaths, transports, burials, cremation etc.
Help desks' opening times:

• From Mondays to Fridays from 9.00a.m. to 12.30p.m.
• Saturdays from 9.00a.m. to 11.30a.m.
• Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 2.30p.m. to 5.00p.m.

Burial Plot, Ossuary, Cinerary burial

• At Cirié’s and Devesi city graveyards cinerary and ossuary are currently available to be assigned in concession.
• Rates are indicated in the attached statement
• The burial lots are assigned at the moment of the death, with the possibility of having two close ones (one for the deceased and the other for the spouse or cohabitant provided that he/she is alive. The burial plot assigned to the alive person has got an increased assignment rate).
• The burial plot assignment to living people, occur prior Public Announcement, duly advertised on this website, in the “Municipality’s news” section.
• The burial plots assignments last 60 years (40 for the ossuary). For information go to the register office.
•  Who would want to return to the Town Hall a not used burial plot, ossuary or cinerary, will have as compensation a variable amount based on the using of the burial plot or ossuary.

Ground Burials

• Ground burials are saved for who died in Ciriè or had the residence there even during small periods, or already is in the graveyard.
• The remains stay buried in the communal fields for at least 20 years. Later, at the same time of the field’s levelling by the municipality, the relatives can ask for the remains’ rescue for the bury in the ossuary. The fields’ levelling always are announced with due advance through signs posted in the graveyard.

Cremation

• The cremation is authorised by the Mayor of the death’s town, in the presence of:
• Deceased’s will, expressed by the last will and testament;
• Or will expressed by the spouse (or, in case of spouse’s absence, of the closest relative);
• Or, for who, alive was registered in a cremation association, a declaration signed during the deceased life and validated by the Association’s President is sufficient.

• In Cirié it is possible to obtain the ashes custody at home, and their dispersion in the specific graveyard’s area too.

Exhumations

They have to be arranged with the register office and are subjected to a rate payment to the municipality (which includes all the service, excluded the name’s writing on the gravestone).
